A major renovation and upgrade to a three storey existing office building located in southeast Calgary. The interior of the building was demolished and new mechanical systems installed.

The three storeys are ventilated and cooled by a variable air volume system serviced by two new roof top units.  Restricted ceiling space necessitated the use of oval supply air duct.  Heating is provided by new hot water heating boilers and perimeter radiation.  The heating plant is located in a third floor mechanical room.  Computer room cooling was provided by wall mounted units with roof mounted condensers.
