Springborough Professional Building

The office floors located on the second and third level are ventilated by several roof top units supplying a variable air volume (VAV) system. The VAV system provides cooling zone controls and heating is provided by perimeter radiant ceiling panels. The retail floors have cooling zone control provided by individual air conditioning units connected to a condenser water system.  Heating to the lower floor is provided by hot water heating boilers which also serve the office floors. The building is controlled by digital automatic controls through a building management system.
