We offer a complete range of services including system design, commissioning, energy audits and energy modeling including whole building analysis. We are capable of calculating building energy use and life cycle costs of various design options using a variety of software tools. These tools include detailed energy analysis utilizing Energy Plus™ developed by the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, "EE4"developed by National Resources Canada and Trace™ 700 developed by the Trane Air Conditioning Company.
Sustainable Design Services:
We believe in an integrated team approach in which the building project and its components are viewed on a full life cycle approach. We utilize our expertise in energy analysis and plumbing systems to assist the design team in meeting overall environmental objectives of a project. MechWave Engineering Ltd is an active member of the Canadian Green Building Council and has been involved in a number of LEED™, CBIP and EII projects.
